ABOUT KELLY CANNON

Kelly leverages his MBA from Kellogg School of Business and over twenty years in executive roles for large organizations such as Hewlett-Packard, Nationwide Insurance and Kaiser-Permanente to provide excellence to his clients. He has led organizations ranging from under ten to over 2,000 people, through systemized and innovative change programs, from mergers and strategic growth to downsizing and outsourcing.

Amongst significant change management accomplishments, he created a leadership development program targeting high potential middle managers at Nationwide Insurance. While maintaining his primary responsibilities, he personally coached and mentored numerous internal clients. He also led a major restructuring and cultural transformation of his business unit, resulting in dramatic improvements in customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Kelly has trained with the Coaches Training Institute, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association.
