EXECUTIVE COACHING PROGRAMS
Executive Coaching is a relationship of trust and confidentiality
between you and a coach that empowers you to take yourself and your
organization to the next level. Simultaneously, Executive Coaching
increases the quality of your life by decreasing stress and helping
you achieve your personal goals. By meeting with a skilled professional
on a regular basis you will clarify your vision, mission, core values
and strategy laying the groundwork for developing a team of leaders.
In a caring relationship of accountability you will calibrate daily,
weekly and monthly behavior to your personal and organizational
goals achieving your vision one day at a time.

EXECUTIVE COACHING
One-on-one coaching on agenda/challenges of the exec’s choosing.
Duration: 3 and 6 month programs
NEW LEADER LAUNCH
Work directly with newly hired or promoted executive to get him/her
assimilated quickly and positioned to lead the new team. Identify
key issues/concerns within the team, facilitate communication both
ways from team to the exec and vice versa, coach new leader on putting
his/her personal stamp on the new “era” that has just
begun.
Duration: 1 month program.
EXECUTION EXCELLENCE
Coach the leader in setting clear, meaningful and measurable objectives
for directs and the team as a whole, then creating necessary feedback
loops and processes to monitor and manage achievement of objectives.
Execution leadership starts at the top through the actions taken
by the executive, but the program can be expanded to include the
next level down as well.
Duration: 3 month program.
TEAM REBOOT
Executives sometimes find themselves responsible for entire teams
that need some sort of kickstart. Whether because of weakness in
the direct staff, a history of non-performance, or as a result of
a specific crisis such as a merger or a layoff, we will coach the
exec through evaluation and decisions about directs, identifying
untapped assets lower down, and remotivating the masses.
Duration: Initial assessment followed by 2 to 6
month program, depending on specific needs.
